About the Program
The program is an intensive and holistic exposure to various aspects of the Aboitiz Construction business as well as to interrelationships between functions in its value chain. Over the course of 9-12 months, apprentice candidates will be provided immersive learning, rotational stints, hands-on training, and projects that tackle real business or operational challenges.
Its aim is to prepare bright, creative, and driven young engineers to understand and experience Aboitiz Construction’s purpose and values that they are expected to demonstrate in a future leadership role befitting their strengths and aspirations.
Who are we looking for?
– Licensed Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineer
– with 0-4 yrs of work experience
– Motivated, with Leadership qualities
– Resilient, with Strong Work Ethic
